CRM Functions in Frontaccounting
CRM Functions in Frontaccounting is in default Frontaccouting Dealt with some basic Aspects of CRM. You can extended it briefly, Else go with Go with Some other Frameworks like VTiger and all. But my choice is to create one inside the Frontaccounting.
Because, transfering informations from one database to another, or the shared database would cause lose of data. So better extend the basic functions of CRM to your desired stage. Here I just want to notify you that there are possibilities to extend the Existing functions to create your Custom CRM.
From your existing Sales page, you can see the add and manage Customer, and also the Suppliers in the next page (purchase) page is also talking about the suppilers, who are the important persons to improve customer relations.
Your customer functions are directly integrated with the Sales and your company Balance-sheet,which is more important while making Annual Audit report.
and you can add the Calender management and task management with your existing one. Also you can generate reports by using the default functions of the reports in Frontaccounting. Also the Inventry management is exist, so you can use it in better way.
