What Custom ERP does

Most businesses do not need a bespoke ERP. They need a solid ERP core plus the four or five things that make their operation theirs — a costing method the textbook does not cover, an approval chain that mirrors the actual hierarchy, a document their regulator insists on, an integration with the one system nobody is replacing.

That is the work we do. We start from a proven ERP core rather than a blank page, then engineer the specific modules, documents, reports and integrations your process requires — built as proper, upgradable modules with their own permissions, audit trails and test data, not as edits scattered through the core that break on the next update.

We also do the unglamorous half properly: migrating masters and opening balances from whatever you run today, mapping the chart of accounts, deploying to cPanel, a VPS or your own hardware, setting up SSL, backups, monitoring and scheduled jobs, training the people who will use it daily, and running a cutover with a tested rollback. Then we stay on support, because an ERP is not finished on go-live day.

What you get with Custom ERP

Discovery that produces a plan

We map your current process, find where it actually breaks, and come back with a scoped, sequenced plan and a fixed understanding of what go-live means.

Module engineering

New documents, workflows, costing rules, reports and dashboards built as upgradable modules — with permissions, audit trails and their own migration path.

Data migration

Masters, opening balances, history and chart-of-accounts mapping moved from Tally, spreadsheets or a legacy system, reconciled against your own trial balance.

Integrations

e-invoicing and tax portals, payment gateways, banks, e-commerce, courier and logistics APIs, payroll systems and hardware on the floor.

Deployment & operations

cPanel, VPS or on-premise. SSL, scheduled jobs, backups, monitoring, staging environments and scripted deploys that roll back cleanly if a step fails.

Training and support

Role-based training on your own data, written handover, and an ongoing support arrangement with defined response times rather than best effort.
