What Fleey does
Fleey is a transport, fleet and delivery management platform built around how goods actually move by road in India. An order becomes a shipment, a trip, a proof of delivery and a GST invoice without anyone typing it in twice — and every trip’s fuel, tolls, driver expenses and hired-carrier cost are set against what it earned, so you can see which customers, lanes and vehicles make money.
One workspace serves everyone involved. The office works in the web console, in any browser or in the Windows app. Drivers use Fleey Driver on their Android phones for trips and proof of delivery, and it keeps working without signal. Owners follow the day and approve from Fleey Owner. Customers follow their deliveries through a shared tracking link or their own portal.
Fleey runs on its own, and it also links to TamilAccounting, our ERP. Once linked, customers, transporters, warehouses, vehicles and drivers come across from TamilAccounting, each delivery note arrives as a shipment ready to dispatch, and the delivered quantities, the proof of delivery and the freight invoice go back to it. Neither system writes to the other’s database: they talk over a documented API.

What you get with Fleey
Dispatch that checks first
Match ready shipments to free trucks and drivers. Fleey checks capacity, vehicle papers and double bookings before a trip is created, and only a manager can override a warning.
A driver app that works offline
Today’s trips, navigation to each stop, proof of delivery, expenses and fuel bills on the driver’s Android phone. It keeps working without signal and sends everything when the phone is back in range.
Electronic proof of delivery
A photo, the receiver’s signature and the quantities delivered, time-stamped and with the phone’s GPS position when it has a fix. The office approves or rejects each one.
Fleet papers and running costs
Every vehicle and driver on record, with alerts before insurance, permits and licences lapse. Maintenance schedules and work orders, and fuel fills with km/l efficiency.
Freight rates and GST invoicing
Customer rate cards by zone, weight slab and vehicle type, with a simulator that prices a load before you quote. Approved charges become tax invoices with CGST and SGST or IGST.
Live tracking for your customers
While a trip is on, the driver’s phone shares its position with the fleet map and your customers’ tracking links. Customers also get their own portal to follow deliveries and raise claims.
