We do the part that nobody else will

Buying software is easy. Getting it live, loaded with your real data, used by your actual team, and connected to everything else you run — that is the work. It is what we do.

01

ERP Implementation

Getting a real ERP live in a real business — chart of accounts, masters, opening balances, permissions, training and a cutover that holds.

  • Process mapping and scoped rollout plan
  • Chart of accounts design and opening balance load
  • Role and permission modelling
  • Parallel-run and go-live support
02

Custom Module Engineering

The parts of your operation no boxed product covers, built as proper upgradable modules instead of edits scattered through the core.

  • Custom documents, workflows and approvals
  • Industry-specific costing and reporting
  • Dashboards built on live transaction data
  • Clean upgrade path preserved
03

POS & Retail Systems

Point of sale for restaurants and retail that keeps the counter, the kitchen and the books telling the same story.

  • Restaurant floor, KOT and kitchen display
  • Retail billing, offers and loyalty
  • Multi-outlet consolidation
  • Day close that reconciles to the ledger
04

Logistics & Fleet Systems

Dispatch, tracking, proof of delivery and freight billing — for companies that move their own goods or move other people’s.

  • Trip planning and multi-drop dispatch
  • Offline-first driver apps with ePOD
  • Rate cards, freight billing and settlement
  • Fuel, maintenance and document expiry
05

Hardware & Device Integration

Connecting the equipment on your floor — scanners, printers, scales, RFID, biometrics, cameras and GPS — to software in the cloud.

  • Serial, TCP and proprietary protocol drivers
  • Store-and-forward queues that survive outages
  • Two-way command channel from the ERP
  • Remote update and diagnostics
06

Migration & Data Engineering

Moving off Tally, spreadsheets or a legacy system without losing history — and reconciling the result against your own trial balance.

  • Masters, history and opening balance migration
  • Chart of accounts mapping
  • Data cleansing and de-duplication
  • Reconciliation sign-off before cutover
07

Deployment & Cloud Operations

Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, scheduled jobs and scripted deploys — on cPanel, a VPS or your own hardware.

  • cPanel / WHM, VPS and on-premise setups
  • Staging environments and scripted cutovers
  • Automated backups and restore drills
  • Monitoring, health checks and alerting
08

Support & Maintenance

An ongoing arrangement with defined response times — version upgrades, new requirements and someone who already knows your system.

  • Defined response and resolution times
  • Version upgrades and security patching
  • Change requests and new modules
  • Client portal for tickets and history
Our process

Six steps, and none of them are “hope”

The same sequence on every engagement, scaled to the size of the project. You always know which step you are on and what has to be true to leave it.

01
Step 01

Understand

We sit with the people who do the work and map how the business actually runs today — including the parts that only exist in someone’s head or a shared spreadsheet.

02
Step 02

Scope

You get a written plan: what is standard, what needs building, what it costs, what order it happens in, and what “live” means. No discovery invoice with no deliverable at the end.

03
Step 03

Build

Configuration and custom modules in short cycles, on a staging environment loaded with your own data, so you are reviewing your business — not a demo company.

04
Step 04

Migrate & train

Masters, balances and history move across and reconcile. Your team trains on the migrated data, by role, before anyone depends on it.

05
Step 05

Cut over

A scheduled go-live with a tested rollback. Deploys are scripted and transactional, so a failed step restores the previous state instead of leaving you half-migrated.

06
Step 06

Support

Defined response times, version upgrades and a continuing relationship with the people who built it. An ERP is never finished on go-live day.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Every engagement starts with a scoped conversation. What changes is how the relationship continues afterwards.

Fixed-scope project

Quoted per project

A defined implementation or build with a written scope, milestones and a go-live date.

  • Discovery and written scope
  • Milestone-based delivery
  • Migration and training included
  • Warranty period after go-live

Most chosen

Implementation + retainer

Most common

We implement, then stay on a monthly arrangement for changes, upgrades and support.

  • Everything in fixed-scope
  • Defined monthly change capacity
  • Priority response times
  • Version upgrades handled

Support & maintenance only

Monthly

You already have a system. We take over keeping it running, patched and improving.

  • Takeover and system audit
  • Defined response times
  • Security patching and backups
  • Change requests by agreement
